Every Mad Socks order is packed by our small, family-owned team in Melbourne. Here's everything you need to know about getting your socks to your door.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and you'll always see the exact amount before you pay. Keep an eye on the banner at the top of our site for current free shipping offers.

Order processing and dispatch

We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.
Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
During sales and the Christmas period, please allow up to one extra business day for dispatch.

Estimated delivery times within Australia

Victoria: 2–4 business days
NSW, ACT, QLD, SA and TAS metro areas: 3–5 business days
WA, NT, regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only. Delays can occasionally happen, especially during peak periods and severe weather. We're not able to control delivery partner delays, but we'll always help you chase down a parcel.

Orders placed after these dates will still be dispatched as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging in to your account. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
If you notice a mistake, email us at support@madsocks.com.au as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-sending. A re-delivery fee may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us. Include your order number and, for damaged items, a photo of the parcel and its contents. We'll investigate with our delivery partner and, where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
